At Shaakh we ensure that every order placed with us should be treated special. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmed) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending Exchange on Your order. Return will be processed after we have received the product(s) back. Reverse pickup is not included.
To exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 72 hours of delivery.

Note: If a client does not accept a prepaid parcel after repeated attempts, we hold the rights to deduct shipping charges as well as the RTO charges from the order amount and then issue a refund.
Sample order amount will be refunded based on final order amount. The slabs are given below.
Final Order amount less than INR 3000 – Maximum of 1 Sample amount will be adjusted.
Final order amount between INR 3000 & INR 5000 – Maximum of 2 Samples amount will be adjusted.
Final order amount between INR 5000 & INR 10000 – Maximum of 3 Samples amount will be adjusted.
Final order amount above INR 10000 – Maximum of 5 Samples amount will be adjusted.
